Please read these terms carefully before using the bdbee platform. All rules regarding accounts, payments, bonuses, and responsible gaming are clearly stated here.
Introduction & Applicability
bdbee is a trusted online betting and casino platform in Bangladesh. The terms listed below form a legal agreement between bdbee and every user of the platform. By opening an account or starting to use bdbee, the user is considered to have fully accepted these terms.
Purpose of the Terms
This document defines the rights and responsibilities of the user and the bdbee platform. Complying with these terms is mandatory to use all services on the platform. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the platform.
Right to Amend
bdbee reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users through the platform. However, it is the user's own responsibility to review the updated terms regularly.
Account Eligibility & Registration
To open an account on bdbee, the user must meet certain eligibility requirements. bdbee reserves the right to close any account created by an ineligible person at any time.
Age Requirement
bdbee services are available only to those aged 21 or older. At the time of account creation, the user must confirm that they meet this age requirement. bdbee may request identification documents at any time to verify age.
Single Account
Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found for the same person, all of them will be closed and all accumulated balances may be forfeited. Accounts belonging to different people at the same household address or using the same device may require verification.
Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension. It is the user's responsibility to update any changes in information promptly.
Account Security
The user is fully responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. Account access must not be given to any unauthorized third party. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the bdbee support team must be notified immediately.
Account Closure
A user may request closure of their own account at any time. bdbee also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, or in the interest of responsible gaming. Users will be notified as much as possible before such action is taken.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
bdbee handles transactions only through popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
Supported Payment Methods
bdbee currently supports the following methods:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely known mobile wallet
- Nagad — Mobile financial service of the postal department
- Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below the minimum amount will not be processed.
Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. In some cases, additional time may be required due to the verification process or extra security checks.
Transaction Verification
For large withdrawals or suspicious activity, bdbee may request additional verification. The mobile number used for deposits and withdrawals must match the number registered on the account. Transactions using a third party's number are not acceptable.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
bdbee offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. These offers apply under specific conditions and each offer has its own rules.
Welcome Bonus
bdbee gives new members a 200% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 will earn a ৳10,000 bonus (the maximum limit), making the total balance ৳22,000.
Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
Rules for Using Bonuses
- A promotion can be used only once, unless otherwise stated.
- Bonus cash cannot be transferred to another account.
- Withdrawing the deposited amount before completing the wagering requirement will cancel the bonus.
- How much a bet on a specific game counts toward wagering will be stated in each bonus description.
Right to Change Promotions
bdbee reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice. If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled and necessary action will be taken on the relevant account.
Fair Play & Fraud Prevention
bdbee is committed to ensuring a safe and transparent gaming environment. Any attempt at fraud, manipulation, or gaining unfair advantage on the platform is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to earn bonuses using multiple accounts
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software
- Colluding secretly with other users during play
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform
- Operating an account under a false identity
Monitoring & Investigation
The bdbee security team regularly monitors the activity of all accounts. If suspicious activity is detected, the account will be temporarily suspended and an investigation will be conducted. A final decision will be made based on the outcome of the investigation.

VIP Program Terms
bdbee's VIP program has 5 tiers. Each tier comes with various benefits including weekly cashback. The following terms apply to the VIP program.
Bronze
The entry-level tier of the VIP program. Weekly cashback of up to 0.2% is available. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play.
Silver
Second-tier VIP members receive a weekly cashback of up to 0.3%. This tier can be reached from Bronze through sufficient activity.
Gold
Gold-tier members enjoy a weekly cashback of up to 0.5% and receive priority support.
Platinum
A weekly cashback of up to 0.6% is provided at the Platinum tier. Priority access to special promotional offers is part of this tier's benefits.
Diamond
The highest VIP tier. Diamond members enjoy a weekly cashback of up to 0.8% and bdbee's best personalized benefits.
VIP Terms
- Cashback is calculated each week based on net wagers.
- bdbee reserves the right to change the VIP program structure or benefits at any time.
- The criteria for determining VIP tiers will follow the information published on the platform.
- If an account is closed due to a terms violation, VIP benefits will be considered void.
Responsible Gaming Commitment

Self-Exclusion Feature
Any user may take a temporary or permanent break from their account. A request for self-exclusion or limit-setting can be made by contacting the bdbee support team. This feature is completely free and takes effect immediately.
Minor Protection
Only those aged 21 or older may use bdbee. If it becomes known that a minor is using an account, that account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Right to Final Decision
bdbee's decision will be considered final in any dispute or complaint. However, bdbee commits to keeping honesty, transparency, and the user's interests in mind when making decisions. Complaints will be assessed fairly by gathering the necessary evidence during the review process.
Miscellaneous Provisions
Intellectual Property
All content on the bdbee platform — logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of bdbee. Reproducing, distributing, or using them commercially without written permission is prohibited.
Service Interruptions
Services may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected technical issues. bdbee apologizes in advance for such interruptions and will work to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
Third-Party Software
bdbee offers games from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Ezugi. The functioning of these games is governed by the respective provider's own rules.
Severability of Terms
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining terms except that part will remain fully effective. The cancellation of one term will not void the overall agreement.
